4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

By booking an appointment, you agree to our cancellation policy.

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before an appointment incur no charge.

• Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service amount.

• No-shows may be charged up to 95% of the scheduled service amount.

• Repeat late cancellations or no-shows may result in booking restrictions or prepayment requirements.

• Clients may be blocked from booking at any time at the discretion of the business.

5. Health Information & Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding:

• Medical history

• Medications

• Allergies

• Pregnancy status

• Skin conditions

• Recent procedures or treatments
